Terra-Tory: Soursop 430 Candle

Stress has been a constant factor in my health journey. Taking on new experiences such as motherhood can be a great deal of stress. Ways I do that is by creating time for myself. It’s hard, I know because there isn’t enough time in the day. 24 hours just isn’t enough. So I created Soursop 430 to help de-stress after a long day of running a business and caring for a newborn. It contains relaxing notes of balsam pine, cedar leaf, and juniper berries. Hand poured locally in Brooklyn NY with non-toxic coconut wax and 100% cotton wicks for a clean burn.
Place in the office, bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, or even outside to create a cozy place for relaxing the mind and the body. My favorite thing to do while burning Soursop 430, is put my phone on Do Not Disturb, play any one of our TERRA-TORY Playlists on Spotify, and read a good book with a cup of tea.
When burning your candle for the first time, allow it to burn for 2 to 3 hours (but never more than 4), until the top layer of the wax has completely melted. This will prevent the wax from tunneling around the wick.
After each burn, see that the wick is centered in the wax. Ideally, we recommend keeping the wick trimmed to 1/4 inch _at all times_ to prevent the candle from emitting smoke or the wick falling into the wax.
This candle vessel and lid is 100% stainless steel. This vessel will get very hot. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Our candles are simple: They're all made with 100% coconut wax, fine fragrance oils, and cotton-core wicks. The fragrances we use are free from parabens and phthalates and are never (ever) tested on animals.
